浮世しのぎ：白樺

左の腰辺りから左右に大きく伸びた枝の絵柄を描いた縞の小袖と、木肌のようなジャカード紋様の袴との 白樺コーディネート。枝の柄は背面にも広がっています。
袴式和服で上半身を担う小袖は、機能的で動きやすい・多様な着こなし・着付けが簡単・スタイリッシュな着姿と、４つの特徴を持つ特許製品。 隠しポケットに手を突っ込んでも、様になるようデザインしてあります。
キャンバスとなっている、銀鼠色の縞が走る白い小袖の品質は、絹100％です。 紬のようにフシのある素朴な質感ながら、上品な光沢を纏っているので、高潔な清涼感があります。 その上質な素材の上に、鈍い銀色の顔料で枝や梢を描きました。そして、これらの枝は、表地のあらゆるパーツへと伸びています。 つまり、それらを繋ぐ全部の縫い目を跨いで。 背の縫い目、前後左右の袖付の縫い目、衿の両側の縫い目、左右両おくみの縫い目、左右両脇の縫い目まで。 これは、シルクスクリーンやインクジェットには絶対に出来ない芸当です。 シンプルだが繊細に描かれた梢の図柄は、白樺をイメージしています。 ちなみに、白樺は「高原の白い貴公子」と呼ばれています。 ぴったりなのではないでしょうか。 加えて、衿先や袖口などの裏側の装飾には縞を横使いして、隠れた部分まで 念入りに作り込んでいます。 もちろん、風合いのしなやかさ、軽さ、通気性と、品質的にも秀逸です。
一方、ジャカード紋織の袴は、手描き捺染の小袖をより引き立てるために用意しました。 木肌のようなまだら模様、樹皮のような歪な幾何模様が、黒とグレーの糸で織り出されています。 軽めでシワになりにくいので 扱いやすく、さらりとした風合い。 このコーディネートのために作った袴ですが、渋い色合いで組み合わせやすい、大人の袴と言えます。
シンプルな柄を繊細に描き、贅沢な素材に載せて、最適に組み合わせたコーディネートは、すっきりとしながらも、個性的。 着姿には、精悍さと、静けさがあり、ブレが無いのです。

The upper body of Hakama-Shiki is Kosode, a patented product. It’s functional and easy to move around in. A variety of styles. Easy to wear. Sharp silhouette. It has these four characteristics. Even if you put your hand into the hidden pocket, it will look good.
The Kosode with light gray stripes on a white background is 100% silk. This became the canvas of the painting. Although it has a rustic texture like tsumugi (pongee), it has an elegant luster, giving it a noble refreshing feel. The branches are hand-painted with a dull silver pigment over the fine material. And these branches extend to every part of the surface. That is, they straddle all the seams connecting them. Up to the seams on the back, the seams on the front, back, left and right sleeves, the seams on the left and right collar, the seams on the right and left front bodies, and the seams on the left and right sides. This is a technology that Silk screen printing and Inkjet printing can never do. The simple but delicately drawn branch pattern is inspired by a white birch. In Japan, a white birch is sometimes called ‘the white noble of the plateau’. Right?
In addition, the hidden ornaments such as the collar and cuffs use horizontal stripes to contrast with the vertical stripes on the outer fabric. Of course, the texture is flexible, light and breathable, and the quality is excellent.
On the other hand, Hakama, a jacquard weave, has made the hand-painted printing Kosode more flattering. A distorted geometric pattern like a wood skin is woven with black and gray thread. It is light and does not wrinkle easily, so it is easy to handle and has a smooth texture. Hakama is made for this coordination, but it can be said that it is a mature Hakama with dark color and easy to combine.
The simple pattern is delicately drawn, and the luxurious material is hand drawn, and the coordination which is best combined is simple but unique. There is virility and serenity. It’s perfect.
