マントは、コートと違い同心円上に広がるアイテムなので、丈を長くするにしたがって、生地の幅も広がります。 しかし、生地を継ぎ接ぎして幅を広げると、ドレープの美しさが損なわれます。 つまり、丈の長いマントの仕立てには、とても幅の広い生地が必要です。 しなやかさ、生地幅の広さ、そして 軽さの、これら全ての条件を満たすマント用の生地は、ほとんど無いのです。 ところが、このマントに限り、Lサイズ・120㎝丈を製作しました。 長めが欲しかった…という大柄な方には、喜ばれそうな希少なマントなのです。（掲載画像は120㎝のマント）
