したたり合わせ 滴や刺繍五ツ紋付

刺繍にて 滴やの紋を五つ入れた紋付小袖と、モーニングの礼服用ズボンの生地で仕立てた袴とのコーディネート。
黒紋付の羽織袴とは、実のところ、モーニングを真似て置き換えられたものに過ぎません。明治初めの服制改革により、日本の礼服が 洋服のモーニングへと変えられしまったので、和装も それに倣ったのです。明治維新でサムライは消滅した訳ですから、論理的に解釈すれば、黒紋付が サムライとは無関係なことは明瞭です。「次世代型サムライスタイル」の観点で見れば、明治以後の伝統は、ファッション産業に過ぎないので、いっその事、元々のオリジナルであるモーニングに近づけたブラックフォーマルを作ってみたのです。
という訳で、礼服のモーニングコートに合わせるコールズボン用の縦縞柄のウール生地を使用して、袴を仕立てました。流石は礼装用の上質さ。糸の打ち込みも緻密な織物なので、通常のウールより 若干重さを感じますが、ヒダは際立ち、シルエットも美しく、素晴らしい仕上がりとなりました。元々がズボン用の素材なので、丈夫で しなやか、シワも気になりません。
一方、刺繍紋を入れた小袖には、五つの紋を入れています。背紋は、２つの紋を縫い合わせて１つにするので、実際は１着に６つの刺繍紋が必要。そして、刺繍の縫い合わせは、職人泣かせの加工です。刺繍には、今回から導入の技術を駆使し、精巧な逸品となりました。
また、ベースとなった黒生地にも、撚りを掛けない糸を使った綾織で、耐久性と防シワ性にも優れ、やわらかい風合いとナチュラルな表情、ドライタッチ、軽いなどのメリットがあります。特許製品の小袖は、すっきりとしたシルエットやポケット等の機能性を追求しています。その上、袖裏、共衿先、裾などには、かすれ柄の いぶし銀な裏地を添えた装飾を凝らしました。
