したたり合わせ 矢羽根刺繍

６箇所に矢羽根柄の刺繍を施した小袖と、ライトグレーのふくれ二重織の袴との 爽やかなコーディネート。
まさに “白羽の矢が立った” ような小袖には、６箇所・計12本もの矢羽根が、白や薄紫の糸で刺繍されています。左右の袖口の前後４箇所と左胸、右肩の後ろには背負うように…と、各所に２本ずつの矢羽根を刺繍。射った矢が戻らない事から吉祥柄として愛されてきた矢羽の柄を、導入したての技術を駆使して、精巧に刺繍した贅沢な逸品です。その丁寧な刺繍による古典的な色・柄が、銀鼠色の生地の上に 品良く映える様は、実に 雅やか。しかも、滑らかな銀鼠色の生地は、シワになりにくくて、扱いやすいのです。 雅やかな見た目にもかかわらず、小袖は 機能性を追求した特許製品。着付けでの補正は不要。裾のカットやポケット、すっきりとしたシルエットも特徴。袖口や共衿先には、市松柄の織物で装飾を施し、贅沢ながらも 軽快な仕上がりとなっています。
ライトグレーの袴は、ふくれ織に近いテクスチャーで、細やかな凹凸は、無地ながらも退屈しません。先染め・二重組織の変わり織で、 見た目より軽量。しなやかで型崩れもせず、ヒダの陰影も美しく際立ちます。落ち着いて 上品な色目は、幅広いコーディネートを約束してくれるはずです。
刺繍の矢羽根といい、極々淡い色合わせといい、日本的な潔さを漂わせるコーディネートです。明治以降、黒紋付の羽織袴に書き換えられてしまった日本の式服ですが、本来の日本の美意識から考えると、こういう色合わせの方が 正装には相応しいのではないかと感じます。

The embroidery is on the front and back of the left and right cuffs, the left chest, and the back of the right shoulder (as you carry it on your back), and there are 2 arrow feathers in each part. In Japan, the pattern of arrow feathers has been loved as an auspicious pattern in the sense that the arrow that shot does not return.
