大柄ヘリンボーンのツイードにフィルムコーティングを掛けたマント。凹凸のある光沢が、ツイードを 大胆でモダンにしています。
最大の特徴と言えるのが 表地で、白と黒の太めの紡毛糸で織られた大柄ヘリンボーンのスコッチ・ツイードの表全面にＰＵフィルムのコーティングを施した生地です。 粗野感のあるツイードの表面の凹凸もそのままに、コーティングによって、立体的な光沢を纏っています。 ザックリとしたツイードとフィルムコーティングの掛け合わせが、モダンな切れ味を持ちながらも クラシカルな上品さを漂わせているのです。 加えて、フィルムコーティングによって、しなやかなツイード生地にハリがもたらされるので、裾に向けて末広がりに完璧なシルエットが描き出されます。 そして、糸の引っ掛けや、汚れが付かないという特質も併せ持っています。
