段継ぎデニムのローブ

黒と藍のデニムを交互に、横段に継ぎ合わせた袖なしのローブ。
２色の色違いのしなやかなデニムを、交互に瓦のように重ねながら継ぎ合わせています。 継ぎ合わせる際には、一方の生地の断ち切り端は表に見えることになります。 このような、一見 大雑把な表情を作り出すためには、その裏側では丁寧な仕事をしておかないと、製品としての品質を維持できないものなのです。 このローブを仕立てるにおいても幾つかの方法の中から、今回は 水溶性の芯地を使って仕立てています。 仕立て上げるまでは生地に安定性を要しますが、デニムの総裏仕立てなので分厚い仕上がりにならぬように、洗うと溶けて無くなる芯を付けてているのです。 当然、仕上がると芯は消えてしまいます。 こういう見えない仕事によって、粗削りな表情が製品に取り込まれているのです。
そんな力強い表地の表情を裏打ちするように、内側にギラついた魅力が光る シルバー×黒のストライプを走らせた裏地を合わせました。
さらに、表素材の迫力を最大限活かすフォルムとして、創業当時のスタンドカラーのローブをデザイン修正して再復刻しています。 決して派手ではないですが、交互に配した２色と、その間に見える生地の断ち切り端が、底力のあるボーダーとなって目に迫ってきます。 着れば着るほど味わいも増すので、ヘビーユーザー御用達のローブでしょう。

In order to make the robe this time, we use water-soluble core fabric and tailor it while maintaining the stability of the fabric, and after it’s finished, we wash it with water to remove the core. That’s why it doesn’t have a thick finish even though it’s a full lining of denim. The rough facial expressions are incorporated into the product through work that is not noticed by such people.
The lining with silver and black stripes on the inside is also cool.
In addition, the design of the robe of the stand-up collar was reproduced for this.
The two colors arranged alternately and the cut ends of the fabric seen between them create an impressive border that is close to your eyes. The more you wear it, the more tasteful it will become.
